How TruckLo processes personal data of B2B platform users.
Controller
The data controller is the TruckLo platform operator. Contact via the Contact page.
Scope and purposes
We process data from forms (contact, waitlist, onboarding, enquiries) to handle requests, producer onboarding, lead matching and operational communication.
Legal basis and retention
We process data based on consent, contract or legitimate interest (B2B operations), for as long as needed or required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable by law.
Cookies and Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you choose, we keep analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied. Necessary cookies stay on. Analytics (GTM / GA4 / Clarity) loads only after analytics_storage consent. Ad tags (e.g. Meta Pixel) load after any ad-related consent. Preferences are stored locally (tl_consent_v2) and can be changed anytime via the cookie preferences button.
